The music video for “Mamushi,” directed by Kevin “Onda” Leyva, premiered on August 9, 2024. It was filmed at Tsurumaki Onsen Jinya and Engaku-ji Temple. The video portrays Megan Thee Stallion as a powerful figure who lures male gangsters into a bathhouse before transforming into a big Mamushi snake and killing them. Yuki Chiba, who works at the bathhouse, then cleans up and paints the victims blue and then goes on to revive them into an army that follows Megan’s commands. This video follows the 1990 film “Dreams” by Akira Kurosawa.
